Evan Costaldo
Mr. Costaldo’s practice is principally focused on corporate and securities law through the representation of private and public companies in various stages of development. Mr. Costaldo specializes in taking companies public via the reverse-merger and organic processes, mergers & acquisitions, roll-ups, alternative public offerings, registration statements, private offerings, various types of PIPE and traditional corporate financings, 34′ Act compliance and general securities and corporate matters, as well as providing clients with the ability to raise capital through his extensive relationships in the investment banking community.
Prior to joining Fleming PLLC, Mr. Costaldo served as Corporate Counsel for Tyco International, Ltd. from 2005 through 2009, during which time Mr. Costaldo’s practice was concentrated in the area of corporate and securities litigation. Mr. Costaldo is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
